＊If it is coated directly on the steel, the steel is required to be subjected to shot blasting or sandblasting treatment  so as to reach Grade Sa2 of Sweden Derusting Standard, or the manual derusting reaches  Grade St3;

＊The primer surface in the workWorkshop is required to be subjected to secondary derusting so as to reach Grade St3 of Sweden Derusting Standard.

Construction condition

The temperature of substrate must be 3℃ higher than dewing point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.

Alkyd enamel paint,alkyd tempered paint;alkyd rusty red anti-rust paint, Alkyd micaceous iron anti-rust paint.

Considerations

＊This coating contains the heavy pigment particle, while constructing , this coating can be utilized after uniformly stirring thoroughly;

＊There is red lead inside paint film, it is inadvisable to be used in the sealed cabin where the fire work calibration must be conducted so as to prevent lead poisoning;

＊The red lead paint film is inadvisable to expose in the air for long term, otherwise, the paint film easily whitens or discolors.

Safety guide  

Avoid breathing solvent steam or paint fog for a long term; the skin and eye can’t contact this product; while constructing in the narrow place or poorly ventilated place, the forced ventilation must be provided; while constructing, the protective articles should be worn.
